A radical-bridged bis(ferrocenylcopper(I)) complex: Structural identity, multifrequency EPR, and spectroelectrochemistry

A stable radical complex in which the oxidizable and reducible radical anion of the di-tert-butylazodicarboxylic ester bridges two bisphosphaneferrocene-containing copper(I) entities was obtained and structurally characterized. Electron transfer involving the radical bridge could be monitored spectroelectrochemically.
