Titanocene complexes with nonlinear pseudohalide ligands: Synthesis, spectroscopic characterization and crystal structure

New titanocene complexes bearing tricyanomethanide (tcm), dicyanamide (dca) and nitrosodicyanomethanide (ndcm) ligands Cp2Ti(tcm)2, Cp2Ti(dca)2, [Cp2Ti(tcm)]2O and [Cp2Ti(ndcm)]2O were synthesized and characterized. Structures of prepared complexes depend on the presence of water in the reaction mixture.
