Synthesis, crystal structures and spectroscopic properties of copper(I) complexes containing β-dialdiminato supporting ligands

Two neutral green copper(I) complexes were synthesized with the β-dialdiminato ligands. The two compounds exhibit the three-coordinate trigonal and the four-coordinate tetrahedral geometry, respectively, due to the difference of steric hindrance effect.
