Methyl- and propylacetamidinates of lanthanides: Structures, catalytic and some physical properties

The acetamidinates {[RNC(Me)NR]2Ln}2[μ-η2-η2-RNC(Me)NR]2 (Ln = Y, Dy; R = Me, Prn), have been prepared and structurally characterized. Their volatility, catalytic activity and luminescent properties were studied.
