Octahedral nickel(II) hexamethyleneimine-dithiocarbamato complexes involving bidentate N,N-donor ligands

► We prepared and characterized seven octahedral nickel(II)-dithiocarbamato complexes. ► Prepared nickel(II) complexes represent a relatively rare structural type. ► Two bidentate-coordinated N-donor and one S-donor ligands coordinate to Ni(II) ion.
