Quantification of cis and trans influences in [PtX(PPh3)3]+ complexes. A 31P NMR study

The cis and trans influences sequences of X (X = F, Cl, Br, I, AcO, NO3, NO2, H, Me), obtained via 1JPtP values, are analogous to those found in neutral cis- or trans-[PtXY(PPh3)2]; whereas the weights of both influences are charge-dependent.
