Oxo-rhenium(V) compounds containing bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetate scorpionate ligand

Mixed ligand rhenium(V) oxo complexes [Re(O)(NNO)(OO)] containing a bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetate ligand (NNO) and a O,O bidentate ligand such as malonate or propanediolate have been obtained from the isomeric mixture of symmetric and dissymetric [Re(O)(NNO)Cl2] intermediate species. [Re(O)(NNO)(OO)] can also be obtained starting directly from the precursor [Re(O)Cl4][NBu4].
