Synthesis of oligo(dimethylsiloxane)-oligothiophene alternate polymers from α,ω-dibromooligo(dimethylsiloxane)

► Segmented oligosiloxane-oligothiophene polymers were prepared. ► Semiconducting properties of the polymers were investigated. ► The polymer film morphology was examined by AFM, showing microphase separation.
