Anthocyanin and flavonol profiles of Vitis vinifera L. cv Rufete grapes

• First report on anthocyanin and flavonol profiles of Rufete (Vitis vinifera L.) red grapes.
• Rufete and Tempranillo grapes showed different anthocyanin and flavonol profiles.
• Application of hierarchical cluster analyses allows differentiation between Rufete and Tempranillo.
• Unlike flavonol profile, anthocyanin profile allows further differentiation among Rufete clones.
