Interaction of drug based binuclear mixed-ligand complexes with DNA

Binuclear cobalt(II) complexes were prepared using ciprofloxacin and bidentate ligands and checked for their antibacterial activity and DNA interaction using spectroscopic methodology, viscosity measurements, and gel electrophoresis.
