Effective discrimination of antimalarial potency of artemisinin compounds based on quantum chemical calculations of their reaction mechanism

Effective discrimination between high and low antimalarial activities compounds was accomplished using EA1, ΔE1, and ΔE(1A − 2A) energies obtained from quantum chemical calculations on their reaction mechanism.
