Synthesis and characterization of novel conducting 1,5-naphthalenediamine-aniline copolymer

► The new copolymer was reported with complete spectral characterization. ► The reaction mechanism has been reported for the formation of copolymer. ► Conductivity studies have been carried out and it was found to be in the region of semiconductor. ► The morphological studies show that the polymer forms in to hollow spheres with smooth surface area.
