Gas sensitivity of ZnO-based ceramics to vapors of saturated monohydric alcohols

► The selectivity of gas-sensitive properties toward vapors of alcohols was found. ► The dependence of the response from as molar mass and entropy was established. ► A linear model approximating the sensor response to these features was obtained.
