Synthesis of EVA-g-PLA copolymers using transesterification reactions

► EVA-g-PLA copolymers were prepared using transesterification reactions. ► Changing the PLA/catalyst ratio allow to prepare materials with different properties. ► The sample containing higher copolymer amount was the more biodegradable. ► The method used is a promising route to produce bio-based materials.
