Thermodynamic investigation of the galvanizing systems, II: Thermodynamic evaluation of the Ni-Zn system

► The Ni-Zn system is reassessed using the CALPHAD approach. ► The order-disorder transition model is employed to describe the bcc_B2 phase. ► Reasonable predictions on thermodynamic properties of the Ni-Zn alloys are made. ► The previous thermodynamic evaluations are commented on briefly.
