► Instrumented microindentation tests of fatigued GH4145/SQ superalloy were performed. ► The indentation characteristic parameters were determined from the measured P-h curves. ► The fatigue mesoscopic elasto-plastic properties of the superalloy were estimated. ► The distribution patterns of the fatigue mesoscopic mechanical properties were verified.
