Phase stability in proton and heavy ion irradiated ferritic-martensitic alloys

► Carbide compositions were altered by ion irradiation in T91. ► Ni/Si/Mn-rich, Cu-rich and Cr-rich precipitates formed under ion irradiation in F-M alloys. ► Irradiation temperature affected precipitate size and density. ► Formation of Cr-rich precipitates was dependent on solubility limit of Cr.
