Modeling flow stress constitutive behavior of SA508-3 steel for nuclear reactor pressure vessels

► A series of flow stress constitutive equations for SA508-3 steel were successfully established. ► The experimental results under different conditions have validated the constitutive equations. ► An industrial application of the model was present to simulate a large conical shell forging process.
