Effects of Ni concentration on structural, magnetic and optical properties of Ni-doped ZnO nanoparticles

With increase of Ni concentration, the saturated magnetization increases firstly and then decreases, which results from the competition between oxygen vacancies and antiferromagnetic coupling between Ni2+ in NiO.
