Variation in the magnetic moment of Indium doped Ce0.1Y2.9Fe5O12 garnet relative to the site inversion

In3+ ions preferentially enter the tetrahedral lattices with initial doping thereby lowering the magnetic moment. Successive additions occupy much of the octahedral lattices thereby again increasing the magnetic moment.
