Electronic transport and dielectric properties of low-dimensional structures of layered transition metal dichalcogenides

We present electronic transport and dielectric response of layered transition metal dichalcogenides nanowires and nanoribbons. Illustration 1: Conductance (G) and corresponding local density of states(LDOS) for LTMDs wires at applied bias. I-V characterstics are shown in lowermost panels.
