Diffusional creep in Cu-Fe solid solutions

► Creep behavior of Fe solid solutions in Cu was investigated at high temperatures. ► Iron increases viscosity significantly at all concentrations. ► Cu-0.58 at.% Fe and Cu-0.74 at.% Fe alloys have a gap on their temperature dependences. ► The temperature dependence of the sample with 0.043 at.% Fe has no such singularities.
