Fabrication of VO2(B) hybrid with multiwalled carbon nanotubes to form a coaxial structure and its electrochemical capacitance performance

► A coaxial-structured VO2(B)/CNTs composite was firstly fabricated. ► VO2(B) sheath was firmly loaded on the CNTs surface. ► CNTs increased the electronic conductivity of VO2(B)/CNTs composite. ► The composite showed good electrochemical behaviors as the supercapacitor material.
