Influence of field-annealing on the microstructure, magnetic and microwave properties of electrodeposited Co0.3Fe0.7 films

► Crystallinity and grain size of film was enhanced with annealing temperature. ► Reduced lattice spacing has induced compressive stress in field-annealed films. ► Coercivity and saturation magnetization values were increased with enhanced crystallinity of film. ► FMR frequency had shifted from 0.85 to 1.81 GHz with annealing temperature increment.
