3-D flower like FeCo alloy nanostructures assembled with nanotriangular prism: Facile synthesis, magnetic properties, and effect of NaOH on its formation

► Flower like FeCo alloy nanostructures synthesized by hydrothermal method. ► Excessive amount of NaOH is responsible for formation of alloy phase. ► Flower like FeCo alloy structures have diameter in the range of 0.5-1.0 μm. ►Flower like structures are composed of six single crystalline nano triangular prisms. ► Comparatively, high Ms (209emu/g), low Hc (30Oe) and Mr (3.01emu/g).
