Effects of Ca-dopant on the pyroelectric, piezoelectric and dielectric properties of (Sr0.6Ba0.4)4Na2Nb10O30 ceramics

► Fabrication of Ca-doped (Sr0.6Ba0.4)4−xCaxNa2Nb10O30 (0 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.5) ceramics was reported. ► The effects of Ca-dopant content on various properties of the SBNN ceramics were revealed. ► Two dielectric anomalies were observed at 260 and −110 °C. ► The Ca-doped SBNN exhibited enhanced piezoelectric and pyroelectric performance.
