The deformation behaviors of a Ti-based bulk metallic glass (BMG) during bending tests have been investigated. The bending temperature exerts a crucial role on the deformation behaviors of the BMG studied. With increasing the bending temperature, the BMGs exhibit a brittle–ductile–brittle transition. For the bending temperatures of 350 and 360 °C (within the supercooled liquid region), the BMG samples deform homogeneously and have excellent deformation capacity. Furthermore, the nanocrystallization caused by the high temperature and the deformation stress was also observed after bending tests. The fracture morphology of the deformed samples changes from the vein-like pattern to the river and cleavage-like patterns as the temperature increases. The bending deformation behaviors of this BMG material have been discussed based on the structural evolution during tests.
