Magnetic structure and high frequency properties of Fe25Ni75-ZnO film

► FeNi-ZnO films were fabricated by a Rf magnetron sputtering method. ► The films with 10% ZnO exhibit a small perpendicular anisotropy, higher Hc and stripe domains. ► The films with 27% ZnO possess an in-plane uniaxial anisotropy and lower Hc.
