Microstructure of low stacking fault energy silver processed by different routes of severe plastic deformation
چکیده انگلیسی
► The low SFE in Ag caused a very large dislocation density after both ECAP and HPT. ► The minimum grain size achieved by both ECAP and HPT in Ag was about 200 nm. ► The dislocation density after HPT is three times larger than after ECAP. ► The low SFE in Ag resulted in significant twinning during both ECAP and HPT. ► Twin boundary frequency is also 2-3 times larger after HPT compared to ECAP.
