Magneto-electric properties of Nd substituted BiFeO3 polycrystalline samples

► Effect of rare earth ion (Nd) substitution on BiFeO3 has been studied. ► Substitution has improved the dielectric property of the compound and also reduces the loss factor. ► Dielectric measurement shows the magnetoelectric coupling property of the compound.
