چکیده انگلیسی
▶ We found the PLCT seed layer played a significant role on the microstructures of the PNZT film. ▶ PLCT seed layer offer nucleation sites and reduce the activation energy for the crystallization of PNZT films, making PNZT film show enhanced pyroelectric properties. ▶ PLCT layers also can act as a capacitive interface layer possibly reducing or compensating for the vacancy-type defects from PNZT film effectively, which results in enhanced fatigue resistance characteristics of PNZT film.
