Rhombohedral-monoclinic phase transition related to grain orientation in Zr-rich Pb(ZrxTi1−x)O3 thin films

▶ The PZT films studied in the present paper exhibit mixed textures of (1 0 0) and (1 1 1). ▶ The phase composition of different-orientation grains is different. ▶ The 2Pr value is greater in the film with higher content of (1 1 1)-oriented grains.
