Dielectric properties of (NaBi(1−x)Kx)0.5Ti(1−x)NbxO3 ceramics fabricated by mechanical alloying

▶ (NaBi(1−x)Kx)0.5Ti(1−x)NbxO3 were fabricated by mechanical alloying technique. ▶ For fabricated Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3, Bi4Ti3O12 is semifinished product. ▶ A MPB between rhombohedral and tetragonal phase was found near x = 0.4. ▶ (NaBi(1−x)Kx)0.5Ti(1−x)NbxO3 became more relaxor with the increase in the value of x.
