Devitrification behavior and some electrical properties of GeSeTl chalcogenide glass

▶ With increasing Se content, the activation energy of crystallization Ec decreases. Also, room temperature electrical conductivity σRT and the pre-exponential factor σ0 increase, while the activation energy ΔEσ decreases. ▶ The values of ΔEσ, σRT and σ0 decrease with increasing the film thickness. ▶ Dynamic and static I-V characteristic curves show typical memory switch.
