Formation of macroscopically phase separated Cu-colored melt-spun ribbon in (Fe0.5Cu0.5)100−xBx (x = 0, 5, 10, and 20) alloys

▶ Improvement of continuous ribbon forming ability. ▶ Cu-colored melt-spun ribbon formation. ▶ Cu showed a strong tendency to segregate on the surface of the ribbon, resulting in the formation of macroscopically phase-separated Cu-colored cover layer/core structure.
