Biocompatible composites containing poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) were prepared by incorporating different weight percentages of gold nanoparticles dispersed on reduced graphite oxide (GNP-RGO). The synthesized PCL-GNP-RGO composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared and UV–vis spectroscopy. Honeycomb-patterned thin films were fabricated by casting the composite solution under humid conditions. The dependence of the room-temperature DC conductivity and pattern structure of the films on the GNP-RGO concentration were studied.
