Electroless nickel deposition on silane modified bamboo fabric through silver, copper or nickel activation

► Silver, copper and nickel activations for electroless nickel deposition were evaluated. ► 3-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane was grated on the natural cellulosic bamboo fabric. ► High adhesive nickel coatings on bamboo fabrics were obtained. ► The electromagnetic parameters were evaluated from the experimental data.
