Isothermal structure development of Qinghai waxy crude oil after static and dynamic cooling

► We study the structure of Qinghai waxy crude oil after static and dynamic cooling. ► The isothermal structure becomes stronger with decreasing test temperature. ► For static cooled oil, the structure increases with a decreasing of cooling rate. ► For the dynamic one, the structure increases first and then decreases. ► The influence of shear rate on the isothermal structure is complicated.
