Structural and optical properties of pulsed laser deposited ZnO thin films

► ZnO thin films were deposited by laser ablation in a controlled oxygen atmosphere. ► Influence of the substrate temperature on the films properties was investigated. ► Structural properties were investigated by several spectroscopic techniques. ► Samples grown at T = 300 °C showed better structural and optical properties.
