Influence of salt additives on phase transformation of guanosine 5-monophosphate disodium in anti-solvent crystallization

► The phase transformation GMP was promoted by sodium salt additive in the batch MT and continuous CT crystallizers. ► The phase transformation was much more accelerated in the continuous CT crystallizers than in the MT crystallizer. ► It took only 2 min of the mean residence time for the complete phase transformation in CT crystallizer.
