Growth, thermophysical and dielectric properties of the nonlinear optical crystal CsB3O5

►Cs2O-MoO3 flux has been used to grow CBO crystals without scattering centers. ► CBO crystal with size of 47×45×41 mm3 has been obtained by the TSSG method. ► Thermophysical and dielectric properties have been investigated for the first time.
