Model of polyassosiative solutions and its application for the analysis of p-T-x equilibrium in iron-like oxide solutions and A2B6 semiconductor systems

► We present the analysis of p-T-x phase equilibrium of A2B6 semiconductors as well as magnetic oxides. ► We used the polyassociative solution model. ► Theoretical analyses were compared with the experiment. ► We also discussed the limitations of the model application to the analysis of phase equilibrium.
