Thermoluminescence studies of bismuth doped BaxCa1−xS nanostructures

► We have already synthesized BaS:Bi nanoparticles.Now We replace Ba partially by Ca.We found that only partially replacement is possible because there is difference in ionic radii of Ba and Ca. ► We studied the Photoluminescence of BaCaS:Bi and found that peak is shifted towards lower side as compared to BaS and towards higher side as compared to CaS. ► We present the XRD and TEM studies of these particles and calculate the particle size. ► We present the TL study of these particles.
