Temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity of amorphous Co80−xErxB20 alloys

The temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity of amorphous Co80−xErxB20 alloys with x=0, 3.9, 7.5 and 8.6 prepared by melt spinning in pure argon atmosphere was studied. All amorphous alloys investigated here are found to exhibit a resistivity minimum at low temperature. The electrical resistivity exhibits logarithmic temperature dependence below the temperature of resistivity minimum Tmin.
