Dynamic hysteresis in ferroelectrics with quenched randomness

Dynamic hysteresis is simulated in two-dimensions for random ferroelectrics using a Ginzburg–Landau–Devonshire model with quenched site dilution. The frequency and dilution scaling of the hysteresis loop area and the coercive field are analyzed.
