Degradation of magnetic ordering in In2O3 thin films due to Mn and Cu dopings
چکیده انگلیسی

Mn- and Cu-doped In2O3 thin films grown on MgO are oriented as In2O3 structure. The distribution of Mn atoms is very uniform over the whole thickness of the films, while Cu atoms seem to be located more favourably in upper layers taken from the surface. It is found that the Mn doping in fact does not bring any enhancement to the ferromagnetism of the In2O3 films, however still could maintain it. In contrast, the Cu doping clearly degrades the magnetic ordering of the host lattice.
