Upper critical field in electron-doped cuprate superconductor Nd2−xCexCuO4+δ: Two-gap model

► Resistivity measurements of the Hc2(T) were determined for electron-doped superconductors. ► Two types of Hc2(T) dependences are observed: with a positive curvature of Hc2(T) and conventional WHH curve. ► We have demonstrated that the two-band/two-gap model captures the essence of the behavior of Hc2(T) for investigated systems.
