30Â mm wide process of GdBCO PLD/clad-type textured metal substrates

► We investigate thickness distribution and composition ratio of GdBCO film. ► Those two factors will vary depending on target-substrate distance in PLD process. ► Ic and its distribution across the film will be improved by optimizing the distance. ► Enhancing surface morphology of buffer layer will improve Ic values of the film.
