ϒ production measurements in pp and p–Pb collisions with ALICE at the LHC

ALICE is designed to study ultra-relativistic heavy-ion collisions, where a phase transition to the Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP) is expected. In ALICE, the ϒ   production can be measured in the di-muon decay channel with the forward muon spectrometer (2.5
