Recent CKM Element Results from BaBar and Belle

We review the latest measurements of the Cabibbo-Kobyashi-Maskawa quark mixing matrix elements at the B-factories. Determinations of |Vub|, |Vcb|, |Vtd/Vts| from B decays and |Vus| from τ decays will be discussed.
